This week we invited our long time friend and supporter of the pod Hilario Guerrero to sit down with us and talk about how he is building an electrifying community within his industry. Coming from humble beginnings all Hilario knew was how to make money the traditional way by working hard at his day job, that was until he met a family that changed his life. From that day he committed himself to excellence by not only showing up daily but also working with and emulating those who he deemed successful at their craft. Fast forward almost 4 years. Hilario is breaking records, being recognized by the C.E.O of the company, and rubbing shoulders with the best in the industry. What makes his achievement even more impressive is that he didn't do this alone. He has a team of people that he has led to do the same, in what outsiders might describe as an electrifying movement.
