While working as Senior Manager of Digital Marketing for Ingram Micro Cloud, Kyle Nakayama faced an immense challenge: training a team halfway around the world to use Oracle Eloqua. Ingram's previous agency-dependent model had caused major bottlenecks and disorganization, so Kyle began teaching a team in Mumbai, India, to do the work "in-house."
