Mangala Martinus provides an insight into what it takes to build a successful business over time.

Mangala took his experience as an employee and applied it to his goal of being a Consultant, and has built a business that is based on collaboration amongst a group of peers to provide a specific solution to a specific problem within a specific niche.

There were many moments of wisdom woven into the conversation and these are these are just a few.

Being a contrarian is not an easy road to travel In the book of that name M. Scot Peck wrote "Move out or grow in any dimension and pain as well as joy will be your reward. A full life will be full of pain."

The choice not to follow the crowd down the traditional LinkedIn pathway was “painful” in the beginning, but now the rewards are coming to fruition.

Ego is not a dirty word if it helps to convey your confidence at delivery, and being aware of one’s ego as a positive influence versus it being one of hubris.

The one that stood out for me as I resonated this in my own business was Mangala’s reflection on not finding a Mentor earlier to guide him through his journey.

And I know for me when I started Inspiring Business I searched for that guide as well and as my business grows I also seek out Mentors who have experienced what I’m about to experience. The knowledge of the guide is priceless.

The Scale to Success Strategy can be your guide to your success.
