I believe the wound is the place that once we explore, accept and heal we can ultimately guide and teach others. It's been my experience that we are able to hold space and support others when we've experienced something. It's classic Hero's Journey.
The transformative work and personal development starts with getting to know yourself, the depths of you. The wound can be a guide, allow the light to enter in order to illuminate and to heal.
