Margrit Coates was born with the extraordinary ability to tune into the needs of animals, particularly horses, but she suppressed her gifts for many years. Instead she pursued a career in advertising and marketing becoming the head of PR for a large company.
She started riding in earnest in her mid-20s and later through her work became very involved with British equestrian events. However, she always felt called to develop her healing abilities and therefore decided to retrain as a complementary practitioner and undertook a period of extensive study.
Word quickly spread about her powerful healing abilities and soon she established herself as an animal healer who specialized in treating horses. She is the author of seven books, and is the co-founder of Holistic Pets, a unique clinic offering natural treatments for animals.
