As I’m pretty forgetful and have ADHD, it’s so important to both me and my business that I have a really good set up in my project management tool to help me keep on top of everything I need to do. If you’ve been around a while, you might know that I absolutely love ClickUp and honestly, I couldn’t run my business without it! There can be a pretty big learning curve with it though, and it often holds a lot of people back when they’re trying to get started. Helping us learn the best ways to make that start as easy as possible is certified Director of Ops & Vetted ClickUp Consultant, Meagan Beltekoglu who helps women-owned businesses simplify their tech and systems with ease and gets her kicks from making the complex simple.

In this episode, we’ll dive into:

  • Not needing to share everything to sell your services
  • How to easily get started using ClickUp in your business
  • Common pitfalls you might fall into with ClickUp
  • Keeping your business running smoothly by outsourcing tasks

If you enjoyed this episode, I invite you to drop a five-star rating + review with your biggest takeaway, so that other introverts can find this podcast for guidance and support through their introvert entrepreneur journey!
