Hi Friends! I felt & heard from many of you that January has been a bit challenging and this may be manifesting as a feeling of cloudiness, indecision and/or frustration. Almost as if the New Year was a false start. So, I was very happy to receive the inspiration to create this meditation for you while I was in meditation myself. Intending to help you balance, ground and deepen your self-trust. Offering you more clarity as you navigate the second half of the month but also a lovely meditation to offer yourself care at any time of the year. Reminding you that everything that you need is already inside of you π
