Today's questions:

  • I’m an avid exerciser who lifts 4 days per week and runs 3 days per week. I've been seeing a lot of ads for these Zero Drop shoes and that somehow they are the best shoes to wear. My physical therapist once told me I had flat feet and I've always felt pretty good in a more traditional type running shoe or trainer but about 4 weeks ago my knee began bothering and I'm wondering if the marketed benefits of Zero Drop shoes might help?
  • Can you talk about different squat variation benefits and why you would or wouldn't choose a specific type of squat?
  • How do i fix my tight hamstrings?
  • What are some soft tissue recovery strategies or techniques that i can use to address some of my chronically tight or tender areas?
  • I have a desk job that challenges my posture all day five days a week, no matter what i do to fix it it seems to keeps getting worse. What specific exercises if any can i add to my workouts to overcome this?
  • I feel like i do a pretty good job programming my own muscle building workouts. As coaches, whats something that a lot of people might be overlooking in their exercise selection?
