Today marks a milestone for us here at IEP as we dig into how to balance all the things training as a high performance athlete. This leads to a greater conversation about our newly formulated Performance Program, how we developed it and why, how it practically relates to the active law enforcement officer and athlete where on-demand performance is a job requirement.
