In today's episode, we discuss how we have found their enjoyment back in the gym recently. There was a period of time where we fell off the rails a little in terms of our workout routines. We knew we had to get back to the basics. We discuss things that worked best for us when trying to get back into lifting and we hope that you can take some things away from our experiences.
