INSTRUKTØREN HAR ORDET 35-årige Sargun Oshana er irakisk flygtning, der som barn kom til Danmark i 1992. Han blev uddannet som skuespiller fra Skuespillerskolen ved Aarhus Teater i 2012, og blev sidenhen uddannet som sceneinstruktør fra Den Danske Scenekunstskole i København i 2016. I 2018 modtog han Teaterkatten og er samme år blevet Reumert-nomineret som Årets Instruktør for sin iscenesættelse af Sarah Kanes "4:48 Psychosis" på Studio-scenen på Aarhus Teater. Han er netop nu aktuel med forestillingen "Audition", der også er Sarguns sidste forestilling som husinstruktør på Aarhus Teater.
