In this month's On My Sleeve episode, I talk through a recent question I've been pondering, "Is my fear of being restrictive causing me to be irresponsible?" My history with being too restrictive with food may have caused me to go too far in the other direction... I talk about how I'm relating this question to finances and to food in this episode. I also talk about how I'm navigating determining the answer to that question and how you can begin understanding the same questions and answers for yourself.
Thank you so much for taking just a few moments to leave a rating or review of the show! It helps the podcast grow and means so very much to me.
