We introduce a brand new series entitled "Women in Business" and we welcome our 1st guest to the show, Sophia Sargent! She is the morning traffic reporter for 95.7- WZID in NH. We talk about her work in radio as well as her television work with NESN's "Dirty Water" program. In addition, she recently graduated college with a degree in Homeland Security.
We also went down a completely different path with Sophia. We talked about her anxiety and how she deals with that and she had some great advice for anyone suffering from anxiety. Lastly she had some wonderful advice on women in business and how to be successful at it. This is a packed episode we know you will enjoy!
