Jason Alexander on influencing influenza - Jason Alexander, of course best known for his iconic, award-winning role as George Costanza of television’s Seinfeld, has achieved even more international recognition as a writer, composer, director, producer, and teacher of acting. Along the way, he won a Tony for his performance in “Jerome Robbin’s "Broadway," as well as continuing to guest star in both TV shows such as “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel,” “Two and a Half Men” and “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” and films such as “Pretty Woman,” “Jacob’s Ladder” and “Love Valor Compassion." He has even combined careers by playing an over-the-top drama teacher in "Young Sheldon," and also served as the artistic director for the Reprise Theater Company in Los Angeles. On this segment, Jane and Jason will discuss his childhood, how his career came about, and the health and wellness tips that work for him. Above all, he Above will also discuss his involvement in Not Today, Flu, an educational campaign that is a collaboration between the American Nurses Association (note: his mom was a nurse) and Sanofi. The take-away message is the while there are a lot of things that can ruin your day, week or month, getting sick from the flu, an illness that can be extremely serious for the unprotected, should not be one of them! And avoiding the flue is certainly an important part of staying on the path to being Better Than Before.
