There's this terrible teaching out there that the biblical story about the rich young ruler is essentially a threat from God that applies to Christians, who perhaps are coveting money, property, or some other tangible item. In today's message, we're going to pick that apart and show you that the true context of the story is Jesus showing us that no person can be saved through the law, avoiding coveting - or any other type of sin. It is literally impossible to inherit salvation with people, but with God, who has made a way through Jesus, all things are possible.
