In this episode, I talk about how overthinking my next moves quickly leads to bad places, finally joining the gym (s/o GoodLife Fitness), feeling low level burnout with Starbucks, finally catching up on Reflections and what that means going forward, reducing my caffeine intake, making things harder in my mind, negatively caring what people think, abundance/relief around girls, taking the new year/decade off of a pedestal, losing sight of the vision behind my content, feeling like a dumbass while I'm at the gym, asking people for help and my latest obsession: undertows.
