In the 2nd last episode of Reflections, I talk about a lot - and it ended up being one of the best Reflections I've ever recorded. I loved how this came out and hope you get a ton of gold from this!

Reflections is a series where I reflect on the last couple of weeks and extract as many lessons, perspectives, tactics and share them with you.

In this episode, I talk about a ton of topics including how I track ideas, why I track ideas, being compassionate in the face of darkness, my definition of a real friend, why being triggered is a good thing, why you should focus on mastering the basics if you want mastery, one of the biggest problems with the world, Sean Combs' amazing meditation on audible, why the principle of kaizen allows you to make incredible long term progress on a goal with only 15 to 30 minutes of action per day, overthinking entrepreneurship, doubt in my abilities, my monetization plan, using momentum to feel like myself, using music to let a vlog edit itself and why I started to retrain myself to type with all 10 fingers.

If you found value in this, please like, comment and subscribe so we can continue our evolutions together :) Much love guys ❤
