Growing up from a second generation Chinese household, Lisa had to find the balance of living between eastern culture and upbringing, and western values. After giving birth to her baby, she made a transformative shift towards living in alignment with her truths and creating from a place of inspiration.
Lisa is a Writer, Coach, Podcaster and Mom. She is a follower of her curiosities and inspirations and through her soul work, seeks to inspire other moms to uncover their truths.
