I love talking with Aiua Wild. She beautifully holds space, makes you feel heard and speaks in a way that can make the esoteric feel more approachable. Today's conversation was supposed to be about something completely different than where it went. But that's the beautiful thing about being present in an unscripted conversation. Sometimes we veer and keep on veering. Today we veered towards finding your happiness, the dangers of comparing yourself to others and embracing your own emotional spectrum. We are all living our own human experience. Sometimes it's nice to know others are also trying to find ways to forgive themselves and integrate the painful lessons we've learned in life. Having conversations about life with others can help us feel connected and could help us find an answer we didn't even know we were looking for. Come with us as we talk about the human experience.
