As a pastor's child, Amy Tindell knew everything she needed to do to be a "good Christian girl." She served others and poured herself into church, but her good intentions grew toxic when she began to believe everything depended on her.
One day the anger came roaring to the surface as she realized nothing seemed to be working out as she planned. Her efforts to control situations backfired. In that moment she fled to a place of solitude and cried out to God, realizing for once that she couldn't fix everything.
Listen to Amy's brave testimony of how God led her to a place of health both in her relationship with Him and with others.
Amy Tindell is a grateful believer in Jesus Christ, wife to Brian and mommy to Sam, Ella Mae and Will. In 2017 Amy and Brian answered a call from God to move to Washington DC. Currently they are serving on a launch team at a church plant in the Columbia Heights neighborhood just a couple of miles from the capitol. Amy is passionate about church planting, campus ministry and recovery. You can read more about their adventures in ministry at www.gracioushoney.com.
