Limiting beliefs are a culmination of all the messages we’ve picked up over the years about humility, work ethic, worthiness, and everything else that makes us question what is possible for us. The only way to level up is to interrupt these thought patterns and let go of the ideas that are no longer serving us so that we can step into the next level of connection, fulfillment, and joy in our lives. This week on Journeys Through Change, I’m sharing how you can free yourself from perceived limitations to invite MORE into your life.
