Today's episode features Jordana Rutigliano
Jordana is a licensed social worker with a specialization in leadership, management and entrepreneurship and received her Master’s degree at Columbia University. Initially drawn to the social work profession for its commitment to social justice, equity and anti-oppression frameworks and then drawn to healthcare from a lifelong mission to help others, Jordana has spent the last 15+ years leading from within a variety of settings - social service nonprofits, federally qualified health centers, managed care, local health departments, and venture-backed health and behavioral health startups.
Through her career, Jordana has honed her ClinOps chops in a number of areas including integrated primary and behavioral care models, clinical quality, health care compliance, revenue cycle, scaling clinical operations, effective clinical workforce management, cross-system partnership and value-based models. Jordana also teaches health policy and financial management to graduate level social workers and runs a career support, networking and coaching business to support individuals seeking career transformation, particularly in healthcare.
In her spare time, Jordana enjoys obsessing over her cats, being outside, and anything Star Wars.
