Brian Tracy, author of Eat That Frog, believes if a goal isn’t in writing, it’s not real because you’re afraid of it. The fact of the matter is, you don’t have to go to the dramatic effect of pulling the goals out every hour, every day, or every week and read them out loud. It may be true to some degree, however, Ken wants to put forward a few things that have happened in his life and then some stories that he’s vetted and found to be true that are cool about goal setting. He also touches on some simple fundamental concepts of writing a goal down.
