When someone fails at leading anything that involves millions, would you still believe in him or her leadership? Ken Courtright shares the story about the biggest case study he discussed on the plane with someone – the downfall of Delta Airline’s attempt at making a low-cost carrier twice and asking the same person to lead both attempts. With this misfortune, Ken poses the question, “Are you giving yourself an eye exam?” Don’t do the same mistake and re-examine leadership in your company. It is better to move forward with somebody who wins at leading, taking action, and producing better results.
