We did a testimony show a year and a half ago almost now with my wife and best friend Julie Spiewak. Julie had stays in the mental hospital in New Hampshire 3 times. Each visit lasting upwards of 20 days. You can listen to that podcast called Healed of Mental Illness from April of 2020.
Thought it would be nice to hear again from Julie and have her share how's she's doing today since time has passed. What has she done to maintain her healing and what are some steps people can take to utilize wisdom from her journey.
