On today's episode, we got Nick Loffree!

Nick's journey in health and fitness began at 12 with strength training and sports conditioning. After a challenging period involving drug use and head traumas, he was hospitalized at 17 for paranoid psychosis. Determined to heal, Nick explored diverse practices and diets, ultimately finding Qigong most effective.

He apprenticed with Qigong master Lee Holden and became a notable teacher in California, working with diverse groups including tech employees, first responders, and teens with addiction.

Nick now shares his knowledge through various online platforms, reaching a broad audience with his mind/body medicine.

In this episode, we discuss:

  • How Qigong helps regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, improve presence, and affect the mind through the body
  • How many men are skeptical of qigong due to its association with femininity and lack of scientific evidence
