Eric Dezenhall is in the controversy business. As a damage control expert based in Washington, D.C., Eric works with corporations, prominent individuals, sports organizations, and educational institutions when their worst fears are true: there is someone out to destroy their reputation. As CEO and co-founder of Dezenhall Resources, he has more than 30 years of experience as a crisis management counselor.

He’s also the author of eleven books, including three non-fiction books, on crisis communications and corporate witch hunts. His most recent fiction work, False Light, is a thrilling tale of retribution set against the vibrant backdrop of sensationalist modern media. Eric joins the Calibrate Real Estate Podcast this week to discuss what to do when you have a crisis on your hands, what to do when you have to face a negative story, and what to do when the media just can’t stand you.
