我們在很多集的節目中都一直提到價值創新這個藍海策略的核心觀念，但是我們怎麼給價值這個詞一個定義呢？理解價值這個詞的定義就更能理解何謂價值創新以及如何做到價值創新。
在藍海策略裡，買方價值等於效用+價格。在這集節目裡面，我們一起來思考這個定義，並且透過咖啡和交通工具兩個生活上的例子來更加理解買方價值。
