我們都喜歡透過故事去學習新事物，透過譬喻去理解事物的內涵。一個國家可以透過戰爭掠奪財物，也可以透過經濟活動和國際貿易創造價值，目的都是財務增長但方法不同。
商業的目的是要創造財務報酬，把商業比喻成戰爭會讓我們朝競爭的方向思考；把商業比喻成藍海，會讓我們遠離競爭，尋找新商機；把商業比喻成樂曲或是書畫，會讓我們想像到無限的可能性和美好。
