No: It may not be what you want, but it’s what you need

Welcome back to our 107th episode of the Launch Your Farm Show where I interview Andrea Waltz who is the co-author of the amazing book Go For No.

Today Andrea shares how she started out in the retail space in sales and management and moved her way up through the company and handling training for their offices. She learned that you need to be willing to hear no more often in order to hear yes if you want to succeed in your life, business and relationships.

Andrea has spent the last 20+ years teaching others how to reprograming how they think about failure, rejection and how they handle the word “No”. This has led to a long career helping others change their lives and in fact was one of the books that help me start Launch Your Farm!

In this episode Andrea and I talk about:

· Why “no” is a more important word than “yes” and how it can re-shape your life.

· Andrea shares that the right mindset is the foundation of growth and will help you remove the mental blocks stopping you from succeeding.

· What you can do to track your success and how to create a baseline with a “no goal” that will help keep you motivated and stay on track.

· A SUPER easy way to get uncomfortable in a controlled way and how to use that uncomfortableness to grow yourself and hit your wildest goals.

· How to create a “no awareness” in your life and business and how that can help you reframe your strategies.

· Plus a ton of other ideas that you can use to grow geographic farm!
