Nicolas Canon is a man who is devoted to supporting humanity through many mediums. In person, groups, through medicine retreats. He is a great friend of mine and I even wrote the foreword for his First book ' Grace - A Practical No Bullshit Journey From Pain to Purpose'.
Books like this are important, because they have you reflect on how you can incorporate more softness into your life. Every human serves to gain from connecting to the stories that once hurt them, and now lead their lives in surprisingly prevalent ways.
