Control is a funny thing and one I see so many women cling to when life feels chaotic or funny enough when life is out of control. When things feel out of control in your life the response is often to cling tighter to controlling that thing. To maneuver it in a way that lessens anxiety.

The funny thing is the more you try to control, the more the anxiety will increase. In this episode I am teaching you three ways you can actually let go of control AND lessen your anxiety in the process.
