• Before you can scale, you need to get your business to a point where you can stick to your clearly outlined processes instead of trying to bend over backwards for every customer request.
• Be prepared to hire before you think you need to! This will help you avoid getting stuck in a situation where you desperately need someone and can’t find anyone which risks you losing business.
• Although your company may be working remote, you can still have fun events and culture building activities via video call. Try playing a game with your team over Zoom, just for fun!
