We talk about her experiences as being one of the few female leaders at senior level, the importance of diversity and inclusion within companies, and for organisations to be more proactive in searching for female CEO’s. Tanja has held several senior roles including the Director of Private banking at Lanschot Bankers, member of the supervisory board of the Dutch National Maritime Museum. Tanja was the CEO of Theodoor Gilissen

She is a member of the supervisory board of KAS Bank N.V., PNO Consultants N.V., the Oncode Institute Foundation and the Veerstichting Foundation. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Frans Hals Museum/De Hallen Haarlem museum, and a member of the board of Universiteitsfonds Utrecht. Tanja studied law at Utrecht University.
