When I talk to military women, I guarantee they are making at least one of these mistakes with their self-care. We all understand the importance of taking care of ourselves, but sometimes can get caught up in traps that leave us feeling exhausted, depleted, or frustrated.

Join me in this episode as I break down the five most common self-care mistakes I see, and what to do instead.
