My special guest on the show, Nahfeasha Collins, attended one of my retreats for military women last year in Lake Tahoe. In this episode, Nahfeasha shares her journey, delving into the apprehensions she had before the retreat, the profound experiences she encountered, and the valuable takeaways and relationships she created on the retreat that have enriched her life.
Nahfeasha's firsthand account highlights the incredible experiences she had, including the opportunity to engage in nature-centered activities, create connections with inspiring women, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-love and worthiness. We take a look into the significance of community and connection for women in the military, and emphasize how retreats serve as an amazing space to form and foster this community.
Join us as Nahfeasha reflects on how this retreat became a transformative experience, contributing to her personal growth and well-being.
