There are two polar ends of change: 1. Creative and 2. Destructive. And the rate of which depends on whether the intent is to create or to destroy.
It is easier to experience change due to destruction than creation. So, a leader, as well as the people, can easily know the polar ends of change they are experiencing by the ease with which it happens.
Reflection: Is the change you are sponsoring targeted at creating an enabling environment for the people to thrive or destroying it?
