In today’s episode, the guys discuss Lawyers who are “Ambulance Chasers”. An ambulance chaser is a derogatory slur that refers to a lawyer soliciting for clients at a disaster site. The term "ambulance chasing" comes from the stereotype of lawyers that follow ambulances to the emergency room to find clients.

  • [14:40] – Governor Ben W. Hooper and the “Pettifoggers”.
  • [21:00] – The NAACP, Virginia and frivolous lawsuits.
  • [24:23] – Corporations have Free Speech rights.
  • [31:01] – Personal injury lawyers DO have their place in the legal system.
  • [32:50] – Hospital staff informants, “runners”.
