Where in your life and work do you often find yourself apologising?

Being late?

Missed deadlines?

Poor communication?

Apologising is important and can build trust and respect in certain situations.

BUT… when you are constantly apologising for the same thing over and over again, it can have the opposite effect.

Because continuing to apologise for the same type of event is meaningless when there is no action to change your behaviour.

In fact, it can hinder your success.
In the episode you'll learn:

  • The way to identify the real reason you're apologising for a behaviour
  • The 3 options to move forward with what you apologise for
  • When you might consider NOT apologising for something
