Welcome back to the Let’s Get Uncomfy Podcast! I am so excited you are here with me today on this lovely Thursday! Today we are talking about a mindset shift, and I wanted to bring this up because I know a lot of people out there are rolling their eyes when I talk about manifesting. But manifesting is not just a woo-woo concept; when you really look at it, manifestation is focusing your mind so that your reality reflects what you dream of. Your thoughts control your perspective, and your perspective becomes your reality. Your thoughts form the direction and path you will go down in this life.
