Join me in this episode, as I speak about all things motherhood and TMS. In this episode, I also speak about handling my relapse in chronic pain symptoms since entering into motherhood (skip straight to 10m30s if you only want to hear about that).

Steve Ozanich once said that "well over half of the people have contacted me over the past six months have been women who have just had babies". In this episode, I speak about why new mums are overrepresented in the TMS population. I cover topics including brain neuroplasticity, hormones, birth trauma, being so heavily demanded of with limited support, myths about motherhood (expectations that you should be it all and enjoy it all) and more. Unfortunatley, there were way too many reasons that I could think of as to why new mums experience such high rates of TMS in our culture that I couldn't touch on them all!
