When we were kids, our parents had specific parenting styles that subconsciously affected our growth. It could be how we behave, think, or even small habits. These can be directly traced back to our childhood. But now that we are adults, it is still conditioned on us, and we find it challenging to navigate through it. Marissa Ingrasci is a Hoffman Process Teacher based in Los Angeles, California.
