UPDATE: This is what finally worked for me - Magnesium Powder. Not a pill supplement but a powder you mix in with water or a smoothie. I take it around dinnertime. I don't fall asleep faster but I do STAY asleep much better. Wow. Finally, something that works. If you are an Amazon shopper - this is the one I am using.
