Determined not to let Parkinson’s slow her down, she became involved in the Parkinson’s community through cycling after participating in a tandem bike exercise study with Dr. Jay Alberts. On today’s episode, Cidney shares important tips to living a full and healthy life with Parkinson’s.

Cidney and her husband Pat are preparing for their 7th RAGBRAI, a 450 miles trek across Iowa tandem cycling.
