You get dressed up, excited to meet someone each time you go out with friends (or solo!), but especially after Covid, and as we get older, a huge amount of the dating scene is online. And for those of us who are sober, and/or continue to do the work, bars no longer feel like the best option.
We discuss it all...what's the proper protocol these days? When is it safe and appropriate to meet someone IRL? Should we speed date? (Ash: NOOOOO!😉
It's easy to fall into the trap of feeling like we're maintaining a social life just because we see our friends online everyday. How do we maintain hope?
