During a time where unemployed high, we still have young people chowing careers with no value. In addition, African people often find themselves working towards their dreams alone, without the contribution of others while in real essence, they need the contribution of other people. If we all find someone to mentor, and they intern find someone to mentor, the exponentialeffext will be worthwhile.
