How much fruit is too much fruit? I think about this question a lot. Have spent hours researching it, past year experimenting with different quantities of fruit — even interviewed my good friend Ken Murray about “The Life of A Fruitarian” and what it’s like to live off 10-15 pounds of fruit per day!
