Most of us have a fitness aspect of our overall transformation goals of who we want to become, but have you experienced any roadblocks along the way? Maybe you have wanted to get more fit or stronger but you don't know where to start or what to do at the gym or what to eat. There are overall principles that guide everyone, but there are a few principles specific to women as well. Terra Smout is the founder of Kova Strength, an all womens gym in Idaho Falls.
