Welcome to the first episode of the Listen/Hear podcast! A communication based podcast where we pick the brains of people who listen for a living. In this episode we talk to Louise, who has worked in the insurance industry for 10 years, currently working in fraud investigation. She's also studied Personal Training, competes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and is currently studying a Bachelor of Education online. Lots to talk about! :) We touch on all of these aspect's of Louise's life, and gained some really interesting insights along the way around the similarities and differences listening in these different environments.
