This week, Mike wears a questionable vest. Also, how AI generated content often reflects the worst of us while creating a difficulty around who curates what is true in a world where information can spin/images/sounds can be created so easily out of thin air. Plus, when we call people closer to Jesus we tend to do so with things like daily prayer and Bible reading. But is there room for the Christian wildman, the one who just doesn’t fit with such structured disciplines, at least with such rigidity of time and frequency? 500 years ago no one had an alarm clock nor a personal copy of the Scriptures, so how much of what we perceive as the right kind of spiritual disciplines are unique to our time?
